Really, really HATE to weigh in right now...been staying off the scale in an attempt to focus on what I'm doing with food & working out rather than what the scale says. This is my highest weight EVER, but I'm healthier than I've ever been...so what gives??!!

Went to the dr today just to make sure my hormones & thyroid levels are good, but that doesn't relieve my frustration. I've began a carb cycling diet this week in hopes to shock my system & to finally see some change in the opposite direction.

I'm also going to sign up for a 5k - Color Me Rad, Baltimore! - and have signed up for the challenge to get me running!!

One meal, one workout, one day at a time! I know I can do this...
156.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
