I was actually shocked to see a weight change, I dunno why, just haven't felt it. Was expecting about a pound heavier. Even so, glad it's all working!
123.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
