Learning to notice when I start feeling full. Went training this morning and held a plank for 2 minutes 15 seconds. Gona start training for a half marathon. Going for a 5k run later.
144.4 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
