Not bad eating at all today. I knew we were going out for Aeryn's birthday. Knew we were going to Texas Roadhouse, and knew what I was going to have before we got there. I'm getting better at dealing with eating out. Also better at making smarter choices. I know I can have a big greasy burger or steak and I'll be fine, but I'm more motivated to eat well and make progress than to eat that burger.
