Weight before Physical Today. Staying the same is ok but I know I got to get moving more to lose the next 15 or so — short term goal!😊 Happy Friday FS friends!😎
212.6 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 42.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
