21 hours fasted 15 more to go, no sweat. this will be my longest fast to date. 🤔 what will I eat for breakfast????? Will I even be out of bed at 8 am??? probably add 3 more hours on so that'll be a 39 hour fast. note to self, STOP eating crap. tomorrow start my body beast workouts.💥🥰🥳
154.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
