I've been weighing myself for 3 days & 3 times each time I get on the scale. And I changed the battery in my scale. I'm not believing that my weight is this low. My own personal challenge is to not go above 250 again!!
247.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.1 lb a week
