I can’t believe I’ve been using this app for 10 years! Holy Cow. Well, last week I walked 45 miles in 5 days during the LHS LA Tour. I hope that tomorrow morning I will be able to go riding or for a long walk.
177.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 2.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
