Was having a strong bout with RLS last night, and had to eat some green stuff to calm it down. It woke me up at 2am, and so I ate some baby leaf spinach and greens and a handful of pumpkin seeds to get a dose of magnesium and potassium. Was able to sleep just 40 minutes later, but unfortunately, I fell asleep on the couch and so it was not such good quality sleep. :( Still feeling a bit achy over the big run a few days ago, and I suspect that since it was a particularly long run for me, the workout and the following repair period demanded more of my diet and caused minor complication. Will increase my intake of green foods today and tomorrow. Also reducing my green tea to just two mugs per day.
159.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
