Down another half pound! I think this is a record!
174.4 lb Lost so far: 40.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Shirfleur!❤❤❤ The 1500 calorie meal plan is good for losing around 2 pounds a week. I have found that eating cereal with more nutrients in the morning helps me be able to feel better at this calorie deficit.

Yes Steven, what's crazy is that my only goal was to lose weight when I started this journey at 230 lbs. Now, I make a list of goals every day and it's more like making dreams come true, as I was really just living day by day before, keeping steady. Now I am constantly upgrading what I define as healthy and finding new ways to be healthy! Have a great week you guys!
