Still nursing and not really watching what I eat. I have fluctuated -/+ 3 pounds, but haven't really lost any substantial weight. I just started a 33 day "squat it off" challenge (started with 30 squats and will finish by doing 250) and I am doing some ab workouts every other day or so. I will also be starting to use Sensa to help curb my appetite and cravings.

So, hopefully i will begin to see some results on the scale and in my clothes!
181.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
