No Fasting yesterday- made a tasty snack of air-popcorn for the my adult kids as they took to ou northern roads back to Edmonton. Skied to and from work yesterday. I believe the snow had finally stopped falling everyday but temperatures are now getting colder. Kundalini yoga at nine . Hope to IF all week and OmAD- I am feeling another drop in weight is on the horizon.
158.8 lb Lost so far: 29.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.2 lb a week

That is great that you can ski to and from work, awesome exercise!, I have friends the had ridden their snow machines to work. It makes you feel extra-Canadian when you see snowmobiles in the parking lot.

Skiing to work!! How absolutely wonderful. The weather is breaking soon and it will feel like spring skiing for a week.
