I think I'm gonna go back to not counting calories 100%. I think I consume more calories when I know how many I have left and how many I've gone over. I say this because I almost always cheat anyway... may as well be approximately right without the obsession getting in the way. I obsess too close to the heart. It's my personal thing. Anyway, I think I have a good enough grasp on the amount of calories in everything I eat to approximate without pulling out the scale or calculator.

So far so good, lost 11 lbs in about a week or so!

DO NOT think I am starving myself to get to this point. It's that I went on a 5 day binge. (weed, munchies)

In that 5 day binge I gained 15lbs. So I merely had gained mostly food/water weight. Obviously this quickly gained weight is melting off rapidly, I don't think it really had the time to fully stick in such a short amount of time.

I eat around 1200-1600 calories a day. So surely, this weight loss is comparative to the sudden gain, not so much relevant to the restrictions I am currently putting myself through. 1200-1600 calories shouldn't make me lose weight. It should make me maintain it, normally. So Awaiting a plateau, sooner or later. Then I will either eat less or move around much more, to budge out of it, when the stick in the road does come around.

I've thought of posting pictures over the years, but I don't want to make people sad. I don't need to lose weight, I fall into he category of people who chose to anyway. But I used to be overweight, and understand that there is a huge difference between necessary and unnecessary weight loss. I will keep my body to myself, and keep encouraging those of you out there with your journeys as they are more legitimate then mine because mine is technically inappropriate.

So inspired by you all. Regardless of my weight, I see you trudging through and getting creative, loving yourselves, it's a beautiful thing to watch. Keep up the great work, all. Loving vibes
