Gah!! I'm so close to the 35lb mark it isn't even funny! At least it went down a whole pound this week. My losing has definitely slowed down a bit - but as long as I can do 1-2lbs a week, I think i'm doing ok. I'd rather lose it slow than lose everything fast and gain it all (and then some) back.
I also need to get my butt going back to the gym 3 times a week. It's not that i've slacked off (ok, maybe a little), but I've gotten there twice and then it always seems like something's going on so I can't get there on the 3rd. I guess if I tried hard enough, I could...so this week - I need to put in that extra effort and do it.
I'm excited about moving on to my next goal of losing 50lbs. by Thanksgiving -- hopefully next week, I can say it's officially started :)
