Doing well with the exercise so far, Mon-Thurs. I have done at least 30 minutes. None will happen today, but made a date to walk with a neighbor over the weekend. I can feel and see my belly start to flatten a bit-yay! Weekends are hard, so much time with hubby and we continue to be very strained together. Will focus on the kids and try for a weekend enjoying the changing leaves.
