So I had to drive to mom's yesterday to get her cable service back online. And all the while I'm driving, I'm thinking about that jar of peanut M&M's she keeps in the kitchen. During my visit, I took 4 handfuls and I can get about 10 in my grubby little mitts at one time. So 40 M&M's. That's practically a full meal's worth of calories. WTF is wrong with me?! I need another tack to deal with this ongoing problem. Maybe hide the jar somewhere inconvenient. Out of sight, out of mind.

I know Mr C bought me some kind of chocolates that he'll bring home at lunch today for V Day. Either Joel Durand or Chocolata. The super good stuff and I won't feel guilty eating that.
193.6 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 43.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
