222.2 Change starts today. My eating has been so out of control lately, as if calories and fat don’t matter. I went out with my girls and I was enormous. It’s affecting my depression more than ever. I’ve created a vision of how I want my life to be, and having a fit body is a priority. Change starts today, beginning with a caloric reduction and daily exercise along with a goal of 10,000 steps per day.
