Cod liver oil unplugged me gut somehow and I feel so much better today! I didn't mean to lose a pound as I am in temporary maintenance, but yesterday I weigh 182 and I knew something was wrong. I tried fiber and when it only partially worked, I went for the old school remedy. 15 militers of cod liver oil! It was so thick, I had to kinda chew the liquid and make it thinner before I could digest it, but it was mostly flavorless and quite a different experience! My new go to laxative if I get tired up for sure. I should have read un it, but it was bad! Anyways, I'm back on track and hope every has a wonderful day! 175.6 lb Lost so far: 39.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My mom gave us a spoon of cod liver oil every morning back in the late 50's, most mom's did this. Follow it with a hot water chaser to get the taste and oil feel out of your mouth😉
