I', back i have not wotrked out every day but i am getting back into the swing i have eaten very well this week it has only been 4 days since i weighed in to get back on my program.
391.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
