Today is strange. I didn't eat much for breakfast because we were in a hurry to get out on the bikes. We biked a lot today, to Nankan and I went to Omuta and back to Nagasu: 3.5 hrs or more of biking. but for some reason, my appetite is much lower than normal. I had to force myself to eat the carrots and tuna for dinner.
163.1 lb Lost so far: 14.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
