Had a pancake this morning and 2 eggs. Haven't walked yet. Very tired with Jonny gettting up at 3:30 and forever to get him asleep. Will walk later after nap.
145.4 lb Lost so far: 25.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
