Just recorded a super long journal entry but the FS app I just downloaded to my Samsung tablet didnt give me the option to save it. Had to refresh the page and reenter. Short and sweet, my doctor said my blood tests (journaled abt last time) revealed that im vitamin d deficient even though I have been taking vit d3 at 1000 iu's a day for the past 2 months. I have to take prescription level vit d now at 50,000 iu's twice a week. The avg person takes only 600 iu's a day. Have to get more blood tests done soon to make sure everything is working right in my body. Im actually surprised I lost 3 pounds since last weigh in exactly a month ago. I weigh myself daily but I've been very proud of myself for being able to keep the weight I've lost already off during this time. I relaxed my exercising this last month bc I really wanted to see how my problems with fatigue from being vit d deficient would improve on the new vit d prescript. I've continued to eat in moderation as well. I have included a few new supplements like vit c, gingko biloba, capsule of coq10 200 mg a week, and chewable tablet fiber supplement. Staying encouraged and focused. And again, so very proud of myself. 50 more pounds to go!! :)))
205.0 lb Lost so far: 58.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
