I really want to have a BIG bowl of granola for breakfast so-I must to be strong! :-) My mantra: I insist on being healthy or rather, Fat isn't where it's at!
136.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
