This week was easier for me. Very glad of that. I find when I am sick or in more pain than normal, I want to eat more. Finding things to distract me from the pain helps.
295.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 138.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 March 2013:
1843 kcal Fat: 45.02g | Prot: 86.28g | Carb: 285.63g.   Breakfast: frozen mixed berries, 7 Grain Hot Cereal, yogurt, honey, frozen spinach, milk. Lunch: sour cream, Grilled Chicken & Sausage Gumbo, String Cheese with 2% Milk, celery, baby carrots. Dinner: Chocolate Ice Cream, Cooked Carrots, Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup, Angel Hair Pasta, Turkey Sausage, Milk. Snacks/Other: Graham Cracker, Apple, Beef Jerky, Jolly Rancher. more...

You are doing so good. I wish I could be doing so good. I loss 6 pounds and then I put them back on when I drink a couple diet cokes. I have kept 4 off again. I will see this week whenI weigh in again. Keep it Up.
