crazy workout yesterday! Almost didn't go, but mom motivated me and we went together. Went bananas today and didn't deprive myself, hope it doesn't affect the scale tomorrow. and constipated again....shocking! thinking of doing three days of protein alone starting Tuesday to see how it affects my body, will let u knw! xx
