Even though I lost about 3 pounds this week I still feel very successful losing the weight. I still want to lose 2.6 pounds by Monday morning but don't know if that will happen because of my foot hurting, and so I'm giving it a break today. I am going to do some exercise that doesn't involve standing, like crunches and stuff like that on the floor.
302.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 162.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
