Hi,
I found that getting up 50 minutes earlier every day, then exercising (cardio only) for 28 minutes, eating a healthy breakfast (granola, yogurt, bananas)...has done wonders for my health. Also, I mostly eat large salads in the evening, but still have large lunches.
