so I was 76 not 75.8! still happy weight has started shifting:) went t0 the gym this morning-personal trainer absolutely killed me, i feel sore, especially from the waist but my body is is firming up! Ill put pictures up soon of when I first started and now to show the progression.The excercise option on here isnt practical and way over ambitious so not going to record it anymore, I KNOW so thats all that counts , plus I keep a daily journal so as long as i work out with my trainer, im all good! Bath time! xx
167.6 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
