Had a splurgy week-end. Sil had a b-day cookout and ate somethings I shouldn't have but didn't gain as much as I thought I would but then yesterday I made cream tacos. They were sooo good. I have walked 3.2 miles this morning. Might be able to walk this evening but the fair is in town and might go there this evening and will be walking there but they don't have healthy things to eat.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 23.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
