Tried this program before and lost weight about 1 lb a week then decided to go off the diet over the holidays. Big mistake. Now I know for sure I have a wheat problem. If I eat Wheat I feel hungry all the time. Decided I had to get back on again and this time add calorie counting to my diet.The first 3 days are the hardest. Now sometime I forget to eat if I'm busy. Only this time my husband is not going to go on the diet with me so all the things I shouldn't eat are still in my kitchen. I'm sure if he sees me losing again he will join me. He only has about 30 lbs to lose. Going to invite some of my facebook friends to join.Looking forward to making friends and learning new things and letting others know what is working for me.
