I feel pretty good today. Looking at yesterday's calories, obviously I need to cut out the high-cal snacks. Without those I'd be right where I need to be on caloric intake.
193.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 43.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
