This past week has really been a challenge for me. First, I was craving sweets so I raided my cupboard and then my daughter had a birthday party on the 3rd. I ate cheesecake, pizza & hotdogs-Big mistake! I gained 3 freaking pounds. My goal for this week is not to cheat at all.
