still at 77 but yesterday i did make myself happy and have a slice and a half of pizza:) i got it out of my system at least because now i don't believe in depriving yourself of anything-its the easiest way to fall off the wagon. This evening im back to the gym after taking two days off. I was literally so sore that trying to get out of bed using my stomach muscles was almost impossible. Even pushing in a chair and stretching was painful but I'm back feeling healthy and I know that if I don't go to the gym today it'll just be harder from here on.Feeling fresh again!
169.8 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

today i take carbs alot.. was feeling down.. do have carbs once in a while so that your energy level raised up as we climb the hill the weight start losing slowl... keep it up thou.. try to have a kiwi juice its great to lose fat
