Been intermittent fasting 20-22 hrs then breaking my fast with a bunch of veggies
And eating a low carb dinner and it seems to be working! I weighed 218 on Monday that was up 3lbs more than I had been after the holidays! 😌So I jumped on here yesterday after trying to be more disciplined since Mon. And was pleasantly surprised to be 215lbs today! Prayers for the weekend my friends Happy Saturday!😎
215.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
