I've been focusing on whole wheat, fresh fruits & veggies and staying away from the fats, and processed foods. not losing incredibly fast as I had hoped. The weather here in MN has not been cooperating, have only gotten out for a walk 3 times and this weeks rain will be holding me back as well. I fell back this weekend with Easter, the candy is just so tempting. But its Monday and I plan to get back on board. also bought the book "You on a Diet". The Sonoma recipes are just too time consuming to whip up and I can only eat so many salads and wraps.....
