so i got my period last night! feel so heavy and bloated but hoping ill be happily surprised once its all gone and my constipation days are all over:) Hitting the gym today, pretty excited about that(for the moment) and seeing a longtime friend for tea:) I also need to start looking for a job, been on a three month vacation,makes it so hard to get back into the working routine ahhhh! oh well, up 100 grams due to period, dont think ill weigh myself until my period is over.till then xx
