Camping, 10.2 mile hike- ate okay day before, not quite as much as planned (three ish (under)) canteens of water, and maybe a 17 fluid oz bottle of water.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
