Any other girls DREAD weighing in on your period? Like seriously, it’s so discouraging see the number move in the NOT good way just because you’re bloated 😭😭😭
307.4 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 137.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

On my period, I take it with a grain of salt knowing it will swing in the other direction. Just keep doing what you're doing. 🤗
