Things are getting back to normal after our long trip. So happy to finally see our feral cat for the first time since we've returned. I was afraid he had disappeared forever. And he looked pleased to see me bringing him a bowl of food this morning. Made lasagna yesterday for my niece who hasn't been feeling well. That's the first time I've cooked something from a recipe. It took me hours bc I'm so slow at food prep. I made a half-pan for us and it was pretty good. I'm way over my calorie limit though, so I'll cut back today. Met another niece's boyfriend yesterday and he seems nice. I had loads of energy yesterday for some reason, so I did a ton of chores until 10pm.
193.6 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 43.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
