I totally fell of the wagon, I hit 150 mark a few days ago and I started to cry. I don't want to be fat! I don't want to be ugly, I feel disgusting and fat and I don't want o feel like this anymore. Im kick starting my diet with some cleansing. A simple 10 day juice fast, since I have to be careful because I work and I'm a student so I have a full plate of things I have to stay conscious of. I plan to sign on more, and put better good news on this thing!
144.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You aren't alone in the struggle. Last year my heaviest was 180! I've lost over 50 pounds in less then 12 months. It wasn't easy I had to cut my calorie intake in half and start walking on my treadmill a lot more, but it was worth it. I still have a ways to go. Don't be to hard on yourself, stress can make it harder to lose weight, or you could end up starving yourself if you let yourself get to upset. If you aren't taking a multi vitamin, I would suggest that you get some, I didn't lose any weight before I started taking them.
