I’m losing a bit of water weight this week. Too much salt. Lots of H2O and cleaner eating is doing the trick. Also, I took a day off from the gym and that usually results in a loss as well. Have a great Sunday!!!

I took the day off, too. Actually I made it a resolution- Sundays off! 💪🏻 All part of my plan to kick more ass in 2020! Nice loss, L2E!

Thanks DP! We decided to take yesterday off and kick butt today. Mission accomplished! One more bug workout this week before I head to Dallas for work. Going to be a restful week mostly.

I think there is actually a plus in having one day of indulgence per week: When your body is in 'starvation mode', it thinks darn, I had better hold on to all these calories: I don't know when s/he is going to feed me again? When you indulge [just a bit, of course] your body figures: OK. I'm getting fed. No sweat if some days are lean.

Physiologically you hold onto water when your muscles are damaged. A day of rest allows the water to go. So does less sodium.
