Marked Reasonably for yesterday bc I did not follow thru with the 20/40/40 I had it I just could not stomache another final meal at midnight...

This am feel good and pumped 4 tsp of Pure Ground Caffiene OM<GF!!!
177.4 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
