Weird is yesterday felt harded and more pumped scale had higher BF today lower BF% yet don't feel as pumped,,,

Need to Get GOOD FAT in today @20% with 80% being Coconut!
177.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
