just lose it.. you did have pretty much late last night so just work on it today ok.. no worries. well its after 930pm, i did a bad thing, i let bran treat me to shady maple, didnt really eat that much but felt like a cow and threw up, dear lord forgive for that awful sin. help me lord not to do that again, i dont want to go down that road again. amen
163.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
