So, i decided not to weigh myself yesterday because I was so scared of gaining the gram and getting back to 80 but to my surprise I lost 800 grams! i love my lap band so much right now! I felt like I was making good choices but indulged in bad ones at times. Yesterday I had a few oven baked fries which I felt guilty about because Im not supposed to eat potatoes yet, impedes the weight loss but I just love them so much:) and although Ive been eating salad I felt I was eating more than I should because I kept eating even if I felt kind of full but I guess it still wasnt that much. The lap band is my lil savior and has completely altered the way I think about food, I actually feel guilty and scared now after eating not much at all! Well relatives are leaving tomorrow so ill be back to my routine diet which Im happy about. They're only having dinner at home so food wise- I can resist and anyway I can only eat super small portions now because my lap band* which im going to start calling June* keeps me full faster. Doing some salsa today, hope I learn some moves! Till then, Thanks June bug! xx
174.4 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
