Been on a tear. Eating crap and not exercising. I'll see if I can alter this horrible trajectory. Its hard to say. Depression has been worse than normal. I haven't really given a hoot about life.
295.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 105.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
