Couldn't exercise as much as I wanted to this week. Had two teeth pulled so it was more necessary to rest than to work out. Maintained weight so I'm happy with that.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
