woke up at 80 again but not as bummed beause it finaly sank in that I shouldnt expect any rapid weight loss without working out...monday!!:) till then Ive g0t a family lunch and dinner to get through healthily:) Even though I havent lost a gram I still feel lighter! three weeks ago I was stuck at 84 kilos for a week but had lost cms around my waist, hips, arms and thighs so will measure myself tomorrow and let you know! till then stay safe xx
176.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
