Very stressed today with too much work and not enough time before we leave for 2 wks. I saw the phrase "mental load" referring to the burden that one carries from trying to keep up with everything to run your household. In marriages, it's mostly moms/wives who carry this responsibility. With Mr C having ADD, if I didn't keep up with tasks and appointments, our pets would die from no water or food, garbage cans would be overflowing, no toilet paper in bathrooms, bills would be paid only randomly, and on and on. I've always been a responsible worker bee, and sometimes I get sick of it. Just griping.
192.2 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 42.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
