Unfortunately I have gained weight, wedding planning, holidays, travelling, planning, starting a business, and dealing with our neighbor. We had pasta last night and someone mentioned that I could be retaining a little water (I weighed myself very early this morning) and that I should try again tomorrow but it's very clear I've gained some weight and it isn't 10 pounds of water. Maybe 1 pound max. I spend 9 hours of the day at work 1 hour to get there and 1 hour home. I'm gone 11 hours. My man doesn't know how to cook very well and we have no dishwasher (he's also very slow at washing the dishes). I'm burnt out on cooking unfortunately, I've also found myself slipping as far as my art goes. The ideas are there, but the execution just leaves me depressed and defeated. This doesn't necessarily to turn me to eat but what I eat is large portions and just crap. Breakfast is maybe a yogurt cup or granola bar. Lunch will be possibly a frozen tai pei, leftovers from previous dinner (tacos breakfast/regular, pasta and a an accompanying sauce, junk food, or sushi and a salad [which financially isn't practical but just a salad means me hungry within 2 hours again]). Dinner is just that again, junk food. It' quick and easy. The nearest decent grocery store is 30 minutes away.

I'm full of excuses but I think some people take it for granted that the store is literally a block or something away, that there are other quick options that isn't just junk food. I live in a food desert area, to go and quick options aren't healthy. I have to make the healthy. Ideally we will be moving next year (probably the end of the year) and I know this will help alleviate one of my many excuses but starting a business is stressful and if I'm gone for work/travel to work 11 hours of my day and the rest of my time should be used for starting a business then where's the rest of the time to function? I spend an 1 hour getting ready for work - small chores in the morning. 12 hours gone - 12 hours remaining and I try to get 8-9 hours of sleep. That's 4-3 hours remaining to take care of other household tasks, work on the business, cook eat, and just generally try to live. So I need to look in also meal prepping on the weekends because I think that'll help alleviate the time issue.
